1-10 mg/ml: I-Substrate
10 mg/ml: I-Enzyme
10% (v/v): I-organic cosolvent (1)
10% (v/v): I-Ammonia
Lungisa i-pH ibe yi-9.0 ngaphambi kokongeza i-enzyme, kwaye i-enzyme kufuneka yongezwe ekugqibeleni. Faka ii-reactions kwi-temperature shaker engaguqukiyo (umzekelo, i-30oC, i-150rpm) iiyure ezingama-24 ukuya kuma-48. Faka i-centrifuge kumxube ngamnye ukuze ulungelelanise iproteni, apho i-supernatant ingasetyenziselwa uhlalutyo lwe-TLC, HPLC okanye i-GC.
