I-Transaminase (ATA)

I-Aminotransferase inokwahlulwa ibe ziiklasi ezine ngokolandelelwano kunye nesakhiwo: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ kunye Ⅳ.I-ω-aminotransferases iyingxenye yeklasi ye-II transaminases, esetyenziswa ngokuqhelekileyo ekulungiseleleni i-chiral amines kunye ne-amino acids engekho ngokwemvelo, njenge-β-amino acids.
I-ω-aminotransferases: Kwiimeko ezininzi, i-ω-transaminase ibhekisela kwiklasi ye-enzymes, ukuba i-catalytic ammonia yokudlulisa iimpendulo ngaphandle kwe-α-amino acid njenge-substrate okanye imveliso.
